Don’t love the design change

I loved this product but since the design has changed I find the floss head harder to use for my teeth it’s too tight and even following your video directions it’s difficult to comfortably get between my teeth and the floss heads don’t last very long so it’s not very sustainable or affordable for me unfortunately. I understand from communication with the company they have changed production facility so hopefully if others are having the same issue this can be looked at and improved.
