Slate is committed to providing you with the best flossing experience possible. Our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty offers one of the following solutions: a new part to replace the defective one, replacement of the same model (new while supplies last, opened when new product is out of stock), or a new Rechargeable Flosser, subject to an upgrade charge. To take advantage of this warranty, the product must be handled according to its intended use described in the instruction manual.
