Orthodontic Floss Heads

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

• Domestic orders arrive, on average, within 4-5 days of the order date. You can find your estimated delivery date at checkout
• All domestic (US) orders over $29 (including recurring subscription refill orders) qualify for free economy shipping (USPS)
• All domestic (US) orders under $29 (including recurring subscription refill orders) qualify for $4.99 economy shipping (USPS)
• We offer international shipping to select regions. Select your country and enter the shipping address to see if shipping is available to your location

We offer a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Floss head packages must be unopened to qualify for a refund.

Opened Floss Head packages are not eligible for return or refund.

When you add an item to your cart with the “Subscribe & Save” option, you are creating a new subscription for that item and quantity. By doing so, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the product, frequency, and duration you select at checkout.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize us to securely store your payment method and charge it automatically for each recurring shipment. Upcoming order reminders are sent three days prior to each scheduled processing date via email and text message.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you request to cancel a subscription after an order has successfully been processed, we may not be able to cancel the processed order. Please reach out to support@slateflosser.com immediately for assistance. Shipments already in transit are not able to be modified, canceled, or refunded.
