It feels so much cleaner than c-shape string floss. The electric part makes a big difference even verses your manual one. I wish it either had a longer timer or you just shut it off when you are done. The timer on it is not near long enough. I also wish it make with a cover for the head like the travel one does. I love the travel one for my 3 year old. I got tired of getting bite when using string floss. I had a Listerine floss handle but you can’t get a good c-shape and she complained about it hurting. The slate one she doesn't complain about it and the interdental brush part make its easier and cleans better. From a Hygienist!

Hi there! We're glad you like your Slate Origin electric flosser. To clarify, the Origin flosser is powered by a single AA battery - it is not rechargeable. When it will no longer power on, simply unscrew the battery cap on the end, replace the battery, and reattach and return the cap to the locked position. The Slate Flosser is the only flosser I can use consistently on a daily basis. I have the travel version and that works best for me. Manipulating the flosser between my teeth is very ergonomic because of the way it is designed. I have very good control using the handle and am able to turn the floss as I need. The replaceable flosser head lasts for several flossings so it becomes very economical in the long run. The best thing I like is that the flossing head is very tiny so not much plastic waste is produced when throwing away, unlike other flossers where you have to throw throw the whole plastic handle away each time. Kudos to Slate!
White Smooth Floss Heads work great for getting between my close together teeth. So far I haven't popped off any crowns, which is a huge relief to me and our budget! I have had other floss heads get stuck under a cap and it popped off. My husband also uses these floss heads on his travel flosser.
I actually enjoy flossing now with this flosser! What used to be a very daunting task is now something I look forward to. I'm sorry I didn't invest in one sooner. It's easy to use and doesn't hurt my gums.

Very happy with my purchase. I purchased the pro double pack for myself. The floss is more than one piece on the flosser head & the gum simulators feel really nice. It is almost like a massage on my gums. Very unexpected. It cleans very well. I also purchase the flosser caps for each flosser.
This is a great product especially for people who hate to floss . It makes it so easy and convenient, just rinse it off with water before you use it again.

Game changer! Went to a new dentist who, for the first time in my life, said “ whoa, someone who flosses!” Asked me how often, and I said “multiple times a day - I actually LIKE flossing! I love this Flosser. It’s well made the battery lasts a long time. The floss heads are easy to put on and take off.
Well designed and a quality product. It’s also easy to use and I’m happy with it especially as I’m wearing braces.
The slate flosser handle is long enough for me to reach my hard to reach back teeth area. If you are a person who does not like string floss because it hurts your fingers, and you practically have to unhinge your jaw to reach as far back as the last tooth or you simply don’t like the mess all over your hands and fingers from the string floss then the slate flosser is for you!
Love this flosser, it’s so very easy, don’t struggle with it at all. My teeth are very close together and this just slides right in. I love it. Never had a tongue scraper before and now I use it after I floss. Just love this system!
I was very skeptical at first about the Slate flosser, but after trying it out first hand was very impressed with how easy it was to use and how well it cleaned. It was so convenient to use I actually enjoyed flossing with it. I will definitely be recommeding it to my patients!

I bought refills to go with the mini flosser. I like that they last for a week of use, and the light mint flavor. I bought my mini flosser to use at work. It makes it a lot easier to remember to floss after lunch. These were easy to remove, and reapply, to the mini flosser.
