Flossing game changer!
I have flossed religiously for decades, and I thought it was working fine, but after using the Slate Flosser for a few weeks, it is a much better experience. My gums feel better already. I have been using a Slate flosser for several years and like it so much I bought one for my husband as well as my 2 sons. My periodontist has told me that my home care is excellent. My husband's flosser recently stopped working. When he pushed the button on the bottom, there was no clicking sound and it would not turn on. I tried using my bottom clicker component on his and it worked, so I knew I needed to replace the part. I emailed the company on Monday, and sent a picture of the side of his flosser that showed his particular number code as they requested, The next day I received an email that the part was shipped and there was no charge. I should also mention that I got a response to my original email (to see if I could get the part replaced) within just a few hours of writing to them. You don't see service like that too frequently anymore.
